Today, I read a speech which is delivered by Steve Jobs.He told us three stories of his life.

The first story is  about connecting the dots.
He told us the connection of his dropout and the first Macintosh computer. If he made a another decision, there would  never have multiple typefaces or proportionally spaced fonts in Mac.
We can’t connect the dots looking forward; we can only connect them looking backward. So we have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. And it may make some difference in our lifes.

The second story is about love and loss.
He found what he loves to do and sticked to it no matter how hard the road is.
We’ve got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers.Although I'm still a student, I have to find what I'm interested in and what I want to do.I believe that passion is power. With my full heart, things will be better.

The last story is about death.
It's a experience about  the cancer almost take his life.
Before I read this speech I have never thought anything about "death".I'm only 19 years old!But life is uncertain, we can not expect what will happen in next day, next hour, even next second. We have to try to live everyday as if it is the full final day of my extraordinary ordinary life. And do our best to relish this remarkable ride.

  1. Life could be shorter than we think. But true, as a college student, "death" does not seem to be an issue now.
